My Progress File

An e-portfolio system for Keystage 4 pupils to record achievements and plan their learning.

My Progress File is an online portfolio system designed to help individuals manage their own learning, career and personal development. Our original clients for the work, Positive Steps, were using the paper-based DfES Progress File system in schools in the Oldham area. They recognised the benefits an online system could bring and commissioned Interactive Solutions to develop MyProgressFile.

My Progress File now has over 50,000 registered users across the UK and has become a self-financing, not for profit company. We are now working with MyProgressFile and JISC /CETIS to develop a standard for the exchange of data between e-portfolio systems – see http://jisc.cetis.ac.uk/domain/portfolio
