E-learning

E-learning features regularly in our work schedule. We've created content for most age levels and abilities -some as stand alone applications, others as learning objects for Virtual Learning Environments. Our experience enables us to interpret learning objectives and propose an appropriate structure and format.

Quizzes and Games

Simple quizzes can be very effective in a lesson that blends e-learning with traditional classroom teaching. We have taken the quiz concept a little further and added a high quality game interface that brings the quiz to life.

Course directories

IS Course Directory is a sophisticated system for managing and display course and provider details on the web. The original system was developed to manage courses directories for adult learning in West and North Yorkshire. More recently we have adapted the system to collect course information for community learning programmes in the Doncaster area. The system comprises:

• » Web interface for searching and browsing courses and providers.
• » An admin module for updating course details.
• » Management reporting module.

Careers advice and IAG

Quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) is central to career and learning progression. An effective web presence can be more than just a glossy service brochure - it can play a significant part in IAG delivery.

International student recruitment

Overseas students are vital to a diverse University community and demand special attention in the recruitment process. Even with the rise of the web, CD-ROM and DVD are still great ways to promote your University to prospective students at recruitment fairs. They are also an extremely cost effective alternative to posting your printed prospectus overseas. Increasingly, our clients are considering branded Flash USB drives as a delivery medium. We can develop the content, design the packaging and arrange the duplication.
