We have a team of five, experienced, full-time staff and support from a number of regular freelancers...

Dayn Wilkins, PhD - Managing Director

Dayn founded Interactive Solutions in 1995, after a career in the energy and environment industry, in which he developed the use of data logging and PC software for analysis of test data.

Dayn has a PhD in Applied Physics, related to the measurement of particulate emissions from coal-fired heating equipment. He has consequently developed a good understanding and keen interest in environmental matters, which has lead to a number of projects with energy and environmental agencies (see case studies).

He is responsible for business strategy and new business development, but still plays an active part in day-to-day project management when the need arises.

Dayn is also a keen runner and has produced and supports the website for his local running club - Holmfirth Harriers

Kath Wilkins - Finance Director

Kath was a co-founder of Interactive Solutions and now plays a key role in financial management, accounts and payroll. She also manages the health and safety requirements of the business, as well as employment legislation.

Lee Booth MA - Projects Manager

Lee joined Interactive Solutions in 1996, after completing a BSc Hons In Product Design. He has since completed a Masters Degree in Interactive Multimedia Production and has studied Project Management to Prince 2 practitioner level.

Lee is responsible for the concept design and project management of all projects, with assistance from Dayn when required. He has had hands-on experience throughout the full evolution of digital media from the early days of CD-ROM, through the emergence of the first simple websites, to the current advanced technologies associated with Web 2.0.

Lee is also a qualified cricket coach, captain of his local team and supports cricket throughout West Yorkshire by producing and supporting a number of cricket related websites: Thurstonland CC, Calderdale & Kirklees Cricket Heritage and Huddersfield Central Cricket League.

Phil Bywater - Graphic Designer / Animator

Phil joined Interactive Solutions as a full time graphic designer/ flash animator, but has since taken up a freelance career, working with us on a regular basis. Phil has a BA Hons in Multimedia Design.

Phil has advanced skills in Adobe Flash skills, includingAction Script coding to a high level and consequently is mainly involved in producing interactive elements for our e-learning projects. Along with Paul Hepworth, he also designs website interfaces

Along with regular support from a network of other trusted freelancers.
